Applications have opened up for 41 apartments in the Meekerman, a new Williamsburg rental building located at 410 Manhattan Avenue, right near the BQE.

Per the listing posted on NYC Housing Connect, the available apartments are a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms ranging from $788/month to $1,403/month for renters with annual household incomes between $28,355 and $72,480, depending on apartment and family size:

According to the listing, amenities in the building include a landscaped roof terrace, outdoor recreation space with playground, "community room," laundry room, and bike parking.

As usual, half of these apartments will be set aside for current neighborhood residents, which in this case means those who live in Brooklyn's Community District 1. If you're interested and think you may qualify, you can create a profile and apply online via NYC Housing connect, or request a paper application by mailing a self-addressed envelope to The Meekerman, Colonial Park Station, P.O. Box #1181, New York, NY 10039. (But don't do both, as submitting multiple applications can disqualify you from the running.) Applications are due by December 8th.
