New York Yimby

Two identical four-story apartment buildings are set to open later this year on the corner of Olive Street and Orient Avenue, across from Cooper Park, in East Williamburg. (Yhey'll be connected by their facades.) In each of the buildings—30 and 42 Orient Avenue—there will be two affordable apartments up for grabs. Two one-bedrooms will be available for $947, and two two-bedrooms for $1,072. Each apartment has a private balcony, and the buildings will have recreations room and landscaped roof decks.

As always, there are income requirements: To qualify for a one-bedroom, you'll have to make at least $32,469 and no more than $46,500 (the apartments are available for one-to-two people). To qualify for a two-bedroom, you must have between two and four people in your household, and make between $36,755 and $54,360.
