Applications have opened for 29 brand-new rentals in Clinton Hill, per a listing posted Friday on NYC Housing Connect. The apartments are located in 504 Myrtle Avenue (near the Pratt campus), which YIMBY has reported as a 125,585-square-foot buiding comprised of rentals as well as a large retail space on the ground floor.

The affordable apartments are a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms for renters with incomes ranging from $30,206 to $54,360, depending on apartment and family size. The full list of options, prices, and requirements, can be found below:

The listing notes that the building will include a fitness center, bike storage, "outdoor workout terrace," a rooftop deck with a lounge, dining, and barbecue areas, a coin-operated laundry, and for extra fees, a parking garage.

As usual for these types of listings, preference for half of the apartments will go to current neighborhood residents, which in this case means residents of Brooklyn's Community Board 2. If you're interested, move quickly—the deadline for applications is February 1st, 2017.

You can apply online via NYC Housing Connect, or request a paper application by sending a self-addressed envelope to 504 Myrtle Avenue c/o Breaking Ground, PO Box 760, New York, NY 10018. But be careful not to do both—submitting duplicate applications could disqualify you from the lottery.
