***I looked at this story & said: This is my story, almost. I live in Los Angeles. I had several roommates b4 moving where I currently live. I moved for the zillionth'd time & within the month my roommate needed to move to care for family. He gave me the apt. Beautiful,2 bedroom, brand new building but nearly 2k per month. My credit sucks donkey penis, so, no1 would allow me an apt. This was awesome for me. Finally, after 3 yrs, I have my own apt again. I am female & I have a new male roommate. He works & goes to school so he's never here-Love it. I live smack dead next door to an ARCO gas station-I love knowing I can walk a few steps & get food or snacks. Also there is a mechanic shop there, too. I love that-I've already gotten my car smogged & it took me 2 seconds to drive there. Things are looking up & I love my area. ~
