The bar behind my building recently opened an outdoor bar in the paved area behind their establishment. It's fenced in and they seem to go inside around when it gets dark ... but they're loud and basically 30 feet from my window. One neighbor said they were there last summer (but I guess I wasn't around and didn't notice). Called 311 and the local precinct to find out if they have a permit to have a bar outside backing up to residential buildings and neither knew the answer or whom to call ... anyone know? Or the hours of operation or rules? Going to have to spend a lot of time away from home through the next cold weather season if they're out there much!
