Neighbor's attack dog
A woman moved in down the hall with a German-shepherd mix dog and she told me the dog is trained to attack anyone who enters her apartment without permission. I don't know very much about dogs but does this mean it's potentially dangerous like in a casual encounter in an elevator? Should it be muzzled? I don't know if it makes a difference but the woman is renting from another owner who moved because he lost his job and couldn't sell.
I haven't approached the board or managing agent yet - we have a new one and I don't want to seem like a crazy person right off the bat. I'm wondering what's reasonable to ask for....?
