Are people really finding that the new economy is making it easier to find good architects or contractors for less? I have a small job: need to reconfigure the "maid's room" in my Classic 6 to enlarge the bathroom and fully renovate that space. Anyone have any architects willing to take on such a small project? Because it probably involves installing central air, I feel that I can't simply go with a smart contractor. Thanks
