NYT won't deliver paper to my door
I've had my newspaper delivered for five years - non-doorman building with an elevator- and i always ask them to bring it up to my front door not only for convenience (I really only have time to read it at breakfast) but also because it occasionally gets stolen if left in the lobby. They will do it for months at a time and then start leaving it in the lobby again. I usually have to call several times over a period of a month or more to get it corrected. Does anyone else have this problem, and a more effective way to resolve it? Considering how expensive the subscription is, this is really annoying.
