Buyer not filling out the appropriate forms disclosing she was the buyer's agent

Greetings, I just sold an apt. and the buyer was shown the unit by her co-worker from the Real Estate company.  My contract with her states that she has a NY State license but will NOT be representing herself at the closing as the agent. Well, she forgot she signed that and at the closing asked that the commission check be put to the cost of the apt. Luckly I had a very good lawyer who refused.  She never filled out the appropriate forms disclosing she was the buyer's agent.

Two days later she takes the posting of my former apt. and puts it on her website showcasing what she just sold.  How can we prevent this kind of unethical real estate broker behavior?
