I understand every downtown neighborhood has its own perks and quirks, but I would love to know the advantages and disadvantages of each.  Could anyone provide an honest opinion on which neighborhoods I should visit to get a better idea of where I want to live this summer?  I am a young professional, but I am still looking for a neighborhood with a young, fun, hip, and trendy style.  Also, my budget is max 2300 per month.  I would like to get the most of my budget and avoid as many fees as possible.  I would welcome as much advice as possible and appreciate any helpful links.  Thanks.
