There may be much ado over the Chapin School's construction—and the woes it's purportedly creating on its block on East 84th Street—but Yorkville is still, nonetheless, one of the most coveted spots on the Upper East Side, not just for its proximity to the East River and its promenade, but also to Carl Schurz Park. If you're in the market for a large apartment, these open houses scheduled for the weekend (and one next week) could sate your thirst.
