What you’ll get across NYC for $4,500 a month

From a furnished Midtown Manhattan one-bedroom to a four-bedroom in Bed-Stuy, you can find a little bit of everything for $4,500 a month. And plenty of these apartments come sans broker fees.

MIDTOWN, MANHATTAN: A furnished one-bedroom with 12-foot ceilings, a wine cooler and an in-unit washer and dryer in a doorman building with a gym and a live-in super at 247 West 46th Street (between Sixth Avenue and Broadway). $4,500/month

GREENWICH VILLAGE, MANHATTAN: A one-bedroom with a home office and Juliet balcony in a pet-friendly doorman building near Union Square at 14 West 14th Street (between Fifth and Sixth). $4,495/month (no board approval required)

KIPS BAY, MANHATTAN: A two-bedroom, two-bath (convertible to a three-bedroom) with an updated kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in an elevator building with a sundeck, dry cleaning, preschool and shopping onsite at 30 Waterside Plaza (at East River Esplanade). $4,500/month, no broker’s fee

GRAMERCY PARK, MANHATTAN: A two-bedroom, two-bath furnished co-op with a balcony and renovated kitchen with a pantry in a doorman building near Stuyvesant Square, at 230 East 15th Street (between Second and Third avenues). $4,500/month

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, BROOKLYN: A four-bedroom, two-bath duplex with stainless steel appliances (pets allowed on a case-by-case basis) in a townhouse at 403 Franklin Avenue (between Gates and Monroe). $4,500/month, no broker’s fee (heat and hot water included)

CLINTON HILL, BROOKLYN: A four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath floor-through duplex condo with a private backyard, a washer and dryer, and central air-conditioning and heat in an elevator building that accepts guarantors at 195 Spencer Street (between Willoughby and Dekalb). $4,500/month, no broker’s fee

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS: A one-bedroom, two-bath with 14-foot ceilings and a home office in a doorman building with a roof terrace at 27-28 Thomson Avenue (at Court Square). $4,500/month (or for sale at $1,275,000), no dogs allowed

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS: A three-bedroom, two-bath with a washer and dryer, and a fireplace in an elevator building with a media room and a 24-hour attended lobby at 41-42 24th Street (between Queens Plaza North and 21st). $4,502/month, no broker’s fee (two months free on a 14-month lease)
