A Riverdale studio with pool access—for less than $200K

It's not often we come across a NYC apartment on the market for less than $200,000, especially not one that has access to pools and tennis courts. But this $179,000 alcove studio co-op in the Riverdale section of the Bronx ticks off all those boxes.

The apartment has views of the Hudson River, a small but tidy open kitchen (with a breakfast bar and full-sized appliances), and what appears to a walk-in closet next to the sleeping alcove. There's also a built-in storage unit/wardrobe (see below).

In addition to the aforementioned pool and tennis courts, there's also a gym, a shuttle to Metro-North, playground and dog park on the premises. And, apparently, all these amenities are included in the $640 monthly maintenance. (Parking is available for an extra fee.)

The price is steeper than usual for a studio in the neighborhood (according to Streeteasy, as of this writing, there were more than two dozen studios on the market right now asking less), but if you're looking for an apartment in move-in condition with plenty of amenities, and don't mind commuting from the Bronx (or, better yet, work in Westchester or the Bronx), you may want to check this place out.
