It's no secret Tribeca's covetable. Dan Gluck, the Museum of Sex's founder and executive director, called it his "dream neighborhood" in our most recent Due Diligence column. And it's not hard to see why: cobblestone streets, lofty housing stock, a marriage of old and new New York. If it's your ultimate neighborhood, too, and you're in the market for a new place, here are properties hosting open houses this weekend:

1 York Street, Apartment 3C. Starchitect Enrique Norten designed the building that houses this 1582-square-foot loft, which has Venetian plaster walls and a Valcucine kitchen. The condo, situated in the northern boundaries of the neighborhood, has a swimming pool, too. (Photos are virtually staged.) Asking price: $3.375 million. Open house: Sunday, August 30, 1 pm to 2:30 pm.

9-15 Murray Street, Apartment 8W. A 2652-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath with 19 windows, four exposures, and a security system. Asking price: $4.495 million. Open house: Sunday, August 30, 2 pm to 3:30 pm.

200 Chambers Street, Apartment 4BC. A 2794-square-foot four-bedroom, four-bath with city and water views and a combo laundry/storage room. Asking price: $5.495 million. Open house: Sunday, August 30, 12 noon to 2 pm.

11 Beach Street, Apartment THSA. This four-bedroom, four-bath townhouse attached to a condo has room to spare at nearly 6200 square feet; the bottom level has a private spa with a steam room, rainforest shower and sauna designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen. Asking price: $12 million. Sunday, August 30, 12:30 pm to 2 pm, by appointment only.
