Open houses in Williamsburg and Bushwick for properties asking $600,000 or under

This weekend, we're headed for Williamsburg and Bushwick in search of properties hosting open houses. One thing they have in common, besides being two sought-after Brooklyn neighborhoods? All these apartments are asking $600,000 or less.

1094 Madison Street, Apartment 3B, Bushwick. A 675-square-foot one-bedroom with central air-conditioning and hookups for a washer and dryer. Asking price: $475,000. Open house: Sunday, June 28, 1 pm to 3 pm.

 

38 Wilson Avenue, Apartment 2C, Bushwick. A bright 593-square-foot one-bedroom with a washer and dryer in a 15-unit boutique condo. Asking price: $499,000. Open house: Sunday, June 28, 12 noon to 1:30 pm.

1608 Dekalb Avenue, Apartment 3B, Bushwick. A 675-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bath with a 323-square-foot terrace in a condo with a roof deck and a gym. Asking price: $549,000.  Open house: 3 pm to 4:30 pm. 

100 Maspeth Avenue, Apartment 2M, East Williamsburg. A one-bedroom with a private, 315-square-foot yard in a building with plenty of amenities, including a "cold room" for grocery deliveries, an courtyard with a bar and barbecue, and deeded storage. Asking price: $599,000. Open house: Sunday, June 28, 2 pm to 4 pm.
