In keeping with Welcome to New York week here on Brick — has anyone else been hearing Taylor Swift's voice all week? — we’ve rounded up a set of apartments you can share with roommates and rent for $3,000 a month. Bonus: Many are available sans broker fee. Because we get it: You simply can’t afford to live alone yet.

CENTRAL HARLEM, MANHATTAN: A three-bedroom, one-bath with queen-size bedrooms and black granite countertops in a pet-friendly elevator building at 101 West 140th Street (between Malcolm X and Adam Clayton Powell Junior). $3,000/month, no broker's fee on a two-year lease

GRAVESEND, BROOKLYN: A three-bedroom, two-bath condo with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom plus central air and a washer-dryer hookup in an elevator building with a gym at 1740 West Fourth Street (between Quentin and Kings Highway). $2,999/month

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN: A three-bedroom, one-bath with a dishwasher and washer and dryer in a building with a virtual doorman at 1214 Jefferson Avenue (between Central and Evergreen). $3,000/month, no broker's fee

REGO PARK, QUEENS: A two-bedroom, two-bath with a granite kitchen and a terrace on a high floor in the gated condo community called the Summit at 62-54 97th Place (between 62nd Drive and Horace Harding Expressway). $3,000/month

FAR ROCKAWAY, QUEENS: A convertible three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath, fourth-floor duplex with a washer-dryer hookup in a new development with a rooftop terrace and ocean views at 90-4 Holland Avenue (between Beach 90th and Beach 91st). $2,995/month, no broker's fee

KINGSBRIDGE, BRONX: A three-bedroom, two-bath that’s been gut renovated and features bedrooms that each fit a queen-size bed, plus a washer/dryer at 3408 Tibbett Avenue (between West 234th and West 236th). $3,200/month, no broker's fee

SAINT GEORGE, STATEN ISLAND: A four-bedroom, two-bath house with an attic, basement and a front porch at 47 Hamilton Avenue (between Saint Marks and Stuyvesant Place). $2,800/month (no pets, no smoking)
