Open houses near 'Billionaire's Row' for under a million

Multi-million-dollar condos have been big news in Midtown, but you don't have to have a billion, or spend a million, to live near so-called "Billionaire's Row." Here, a sampling of open houses for apartments asking less than seven digits on or near the 57th to Central Park South corridor.

100 West 57th Street, #19F. Asking price: $550,000. A junior one-bedroom with a renovated kitchen, an updated bathroom outfitted with a steam shower, plus a terrace. Open house: Sunday, May 31st, 11 am to 12:30 pm.

105 West 58th Street. A 607-square-foot studio with a dining area in a full-service Rosario Candela building recently converted into condos by Gwathmey Siegel. Asking price: $735,000. Open house: Sunday, May 31st, 12 noon to 2 pm.

58 West 58th Street, #15F. A 518-square-foot alcove studio with a sleeping nook one block from Central Park. Asking price: $929,000. Open house: Sunday, May 31st, 2 pm to 3:30 pm.

120 W 58th Street #3C. A two-bedroom, one-bath, gut-renovated condo in a dog-friendly building. Asking price: $999,000. Open house: Sunday, May 31st, 11 am to 12 noon.
