When it rains, it pours (or at least drizzles): Several affordable housing complexes have started taking applications over the past few weeks, and now two one-bedrooms are opening up in Bushwick for $926/month, according to NYC  Housing Connect.

The apartments are in 60 Jefferson Street (right near the Myrtle-Broadway JMZ stop), and will be available for either a single person making between $33,772 and $36,300, or a couple making between $33,772 and $41,460. If you're interested, get your applications in by April 23rd (full details here), and brush up on our guide to successfully submitting an affordable housing application.
