The West Village is a neighborhood with three great traits--charming, convenient, and full of great restaurants. So it's no surprise that 1/4 of this week's Hot Dozen--the 12 rental apartments Streeteasy.com visitors clicked on most often over the past seven days--are in this ever-popular area.

Take this one-bedroom at 78 Horatio Street and Greenwich Street listed at $2,299/month. Judging by the pictures, the apartment is getting a little touching up at the moment, with new paint on the walls and black and white checkered flooring. It may not be very Sex and the City, but at least the location is.

A three-bedroom apartment at 322 West 11th Street and Greenwich Street is listed at $3,500/month, and would make for a great share that's relatively inexpensive. The building is a walk-up and the bedrooms are small, but a large living room, lots of windows, and brand new hardwood flooring give the sense of more space.

For a much larger budget, a three-bedroom apartment at 100 Jane Street and Washington Street is listed at $6,000/month. The apartment is a true two-bedroom and a convertible three-bedroom. The building has an elevator, it's own gym and laundry facilities, as well as a live-in super.

If the apartment you like requires a guarantor that you don't have, see if the landlord accepts Insurent, a great solution from one of BrickUnderground's sponsors.
