Dreaming of the romantic townhouse lifestyle? This $4,350 full floor two-bedroom at 21 East 92nd Street might be just right.

Pros: This 900-square-foot apartment has a washer-dryer, all stainless and marble kitchen, a large outdoor deck and two fireplaces. The block -- between Fifth and Madison is the stuff Upper East Side dreams are made of. A free month of rent is being offered on a two-year lease.

Cons: Since it's a townhouse, you've got to assume there are some stairs involved--perhaps many, as the apartment has been on the market for 7 weeks. The listing says that the vestibule, lobby and floors will be renovated, with new carpet to be installed. Sounds like it needs some updating...and that you will be living through the construction.
