This week’s Open House Scorecard (the 10 open houses folks browsing StreetEasy this week saved to their open-house planners more often than any others) puts a spotlight on spacious lofts that present the option of working from home in your very own office space.

You won’t have to worry about commuting to work if you purchase a $2.995m three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath loft condo on the corner of Hudson and Laight Streets. While you work, you can rest easy that your kids are going to school in one of the top districts in Tribeca (PS 234). The office area is tucked away in the living space, and the kitchen includes a W/D. There’s also central a/c and heating with a built-in humidifier. It’s minutes from Hudson River Park.

Working from home in a $1.25m one-bedroom + home office, one-bathroom co-op might make your job more pleasurable. This classical loft with an oversized southern exposure, 11’ ceilings and the original columns and hardwood floors is located on a tree-lined block on 17th between Sixth and Seventh Avenues in Chelsea. The home office area can double as an additional 'bedroom' (note however that there's no exterior window) and there’s an in-unit W/D. Guarantors, co-purchasers, pied-a-terres and pets are all allowed.

Over in Soho, a $1.4m loft is currently set up as a two-bedroom (including one interior bedroom), one-bath co-op with a home office. Located in a cast-iron loft building on the corner of Crosby and Grand Streets, this loft features 12’ ceilings and factory-sized windows. An attic offers storage space, a soundproof wall provides privacy and central a/c will keep you cool during the summer months. The space also has a W/D.
