This $3,800 three-bedroom apartment is located in prime Park Slope (139 Fifth Avenue) on a pretty tree-lined street. The entire space was recently gut renovated.

Pros: The renovation has brought on high-end kitchen appliances and bathroom finishes. Each bedroom is large and features closet space, and the hardwood floors throughout have been recently refinished. The unit's heating and cooling needs are centrally controlled in the living room which means there are no radiators or window air conditioners. Guarantors are accepted.

Cons: This is a fourth floor walk-up.
