No-Fee Apartment of the Week: $3,750 two-bedroom in Chelsea

This $3,750 two-bedroom on 21st  and Eighth Avenue is a lease takeover from January-June 2013. The option to renew the lease is open.

Pros: Move-in dates are flexible and the current owner is willing to split rent if the new renter can't move in until mid-January. The building (which is in a good location) is a pet-friendly pre-war with an elevator, laundry in the basement and a live-in super. The kitchen -- which has a dishwasher- seems to be a nice size.

Cons: The living space seems small. At all of 700-square-feet, the whole apartment is not big. Also, come July, it's likely the rent will be increased.
