Real Estate Want: Private rooftop putting green

A private patio or terrace is one thing, but a private rooftop putting green...now that's something. And while a $32,000/mo UWS penthouse rental may be pricey, the chance to improve your game in NYC without breaking a window is priceless.

Although the original listingis scarce on the details, we spot at least six holes on the green, which appears to be bona fide turf grass. This “mansion in the clouds” (5 terraces fyi) is high enough to bask in some serious sunlight, but watch the wind speed on your putts.

For the more inexperienced golfer, we see some potential Happy Gilmore moments just waiting to happen and we’d highly recommend against fishing your ball out of the Hudson.
