This week’s Open House Scorecard -- the 10 apartments StreetEasyusers saved to their open house planners more often than any others this weekend -- features a trifecta of apartments in Park Slope with that highly coveted outdoor space.

An elevator opens directly into a $1.199m three-bedroom penthouse duplex condo, on Third Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues, with a balcony overlooking interior gardens and a private terrace. The apartment seems as though it was built specifically enjoy summer, with both outdoor space and central a/c. The kitchen, living room and en suite master bath have all been renovated and there’s a tax abatement in place. Note: there’s no doorman and it's a walk-up.

Also on Third Street, but between Sixth and Seventh Avenues., a two-bedroom co-op for $739k has a private roof deck and a side room off the master bedroom that can serve as an office or nursery. The master bedroom of the two-flight walk-up has three windows, and the bathroom has been gut renovated (though there’s only one bathroom in the unit).

On Sackett Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues, you’ll find a$1.175m multi-family home. The space features a garden floor unit that has been renovated, as well as a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. Parts of the house can be rented out for extra income, but maybe you won't need to: property taxes are a whispy $220 a month.
