If a private garden is out of your budget, there are a few apartments steps from coveted patches of urban greenery that made it into the Hot Dozen—the 12 most-clicked StreetEasy rentals of the week.

A $4,775/month 3-bedroom on the Upper West Side has all of Riverside Park as a backyard and is a five-avenue stroll from Central Park. The living room and master bedroom overlook the Hudson, and the building's not so bad either. It offers a part-time doorman, live-in super and a laundry room.

This $4,295/month 3-bedroom is also on the Upper West Side, but sandwiched more evenly between Riverside and Central Park on 74th Street. The unit is brand new and comes with a deco fireplace, granite counter tops, hardwood floors and loft space in the bedrooms.

Farther downtown there's this no-fee $2,500/month junior 1-bedroom on Horatio Street, steps from the Hudson River Greenway. The unit welcomes pets, has French doors to the bedroom, a washer and dryer and exposed brick.
