After just six days on the market, a $2,600/month no-fee Greenwich Village junior 1-bedroom has soared to the top of the Hot Dozen—a weekly roundup of the most gawked-at rentals on real-estate site StreetEasy.com. The Cast Iron building, in which the unit is located, seems pretty perfect: It has a 24-hour doorman, rooftop deck, laundry room, common area, no unreasonable pet restrictions and a prime location.

Other popular apartments include a modern studio on East 23rd Street for $2,500/month. This is also a no-fee apartment in a building that has everything—fitness room, rooftop deck, bike room, doorman, etc. (No pets allowed here.)
