"Philosopher of all things" isn't part of the job description for the rental building superintendants we know. But LES Casting begs to differ, and is looking for a NYC-area super to build an entire cable tv reality series around.

The ideal candidate:

• has several years of experience
• is funny
• possesses a larger than life personality
• is opinionated
• believes they are the best at what they do

Another must-have: "Demanding tenants who expect you to do EVERYTHING."
