All agents have agreed to deliver above-and-beyond service to clients referred through this program. In return, they are interested in working with clients who make a commitment to working with them exclusively.
You will be contacted by an agent within an hour if your request is received between 9am - 9pm, seven days a week. Requests received after 6 p.m. or on major holidays will be responded to by 10 a.m. the next morning.
Our matchmaking service is free to you. Sellers, landlords and renters have the same fee agreement with their agents as they would normally. Nothing about the way in which you employ agents and the way that their fees work changes by using our service.
Agents cannot pay to join our program; they need to earn their invitation.
BrickUnderground is paid a standard referral fee by your agent when and only when your transaction has successfully closed.
